What this means

Liquidity merit is identity-bound activity credit. It is not yield, a guaranteed return, a price promise, or a redemption claim. The 0.8 liquidity merit can be earned once per identity.

Keep the rails clear

Verified QUBE settlement produces USDP under its own rules. The separate collateral rule is 2 locked DUCAT per 1 newly settled USDP. Locked collateral is not spendable liquidity.
